An article in Newsweek has detailed how Japan has the capability to save the world through financial means and their ability to train other groups in certain activities such anti-piracy techniques and environment conservation.

I'm honestly surprised that an article should point out the obvious since I've known this fact since I was a kid. Ok, so I basically thought this because of all the hours I've watched Voltes V save the Earth from all the robots deployed by the Bozanians to kill us. However if you really think about it; there is no country closer to creating a super robot to protect us from alien invaders than Japan. And if they can do that then they can do pretty much everything. Well, except boost their population. But hey, there's always cloning.
